I have added this thread for the Class of 2014 - NJ Appointments and hopefuls. Thought it would be interesting to see how the state does.

BlueSkies has son with one nom from Frelinghuysen. Awaiting appointment decision from USAFA.

Daughter has a USNA nom from Senator Lautenberg, currently waiting on an eyesight waiver to be 3-Q'd.

...majority will find out one way or another by March but even then some will turn them down and openings will be filled right up to the last minute in June. Also some will be offered SA Prep School and that can occur right up to end of June...most in that situation will have to lose a payment to some other school...

Yes! Got a call from Senator Menendez' office last Friday night to advise him of the appointment and the much anticipated FedEx arrived today. We are ALL thrilled.
