An interesting article about a few famous leaders and their applications to West Point.

This was featured on Yahoo yesterday for me. I thought it was cool. Who knew Edgar Allan Poe attended (and seperated from) West Point?

It's certainly an interesting read. I wonder if we can post Stonewall Jackson's CFA score and General Sherman's Candidate Activites Record for future candidates to get an idea of what their applications need to look like :shake:

Who knew? All language arts teachers who teach any Poe at all know this. There are many rumors as to why he separated, and they are fun to perpetuate with the students.

I'm definitely going to bring up Poe next semester.

Just wondering, is the CFA an old requirement? Now I'm wondering how the previous "Famous" cadets did. :yllol:
