One person quoted in the article states: "Full acceptance of women, she said, will require "a cultural change in the military itself."

What does "full acceptance" mean?

What is the status of women in the military regarding combat? I know that they can serve in some combat roles but not all.

Can you have full acceptance women and still put some military roles off limits to women?

women cant have an MOS of infantry/artillary/cavalry im not sure about armour though. But if i were to guess i would say armour is a no-no as well. Shame i think, a woman can pull a trigger just as well as any male.
