New calendar?

The new calendar was to be voted on the other day...what happened with that? Are the new dates official now?

You will probably hear on prospective-net, http://www.west-point.org/parent/prospective-net/, first. It typically takes a few days for West Point's Master Calendar, http://www.dean.usma.edu/sebpublic/usmacalendars/default.cfm?usr_actn=search, to reflect any changes.

This morning someone wrote that PPW was Aug 8-10...there is no way it could be before A day, though...sounded screwy...maybe he meant to write March.

The prospective-net moderators are dependable and quick to relay any new info the parents need. These wonderful moderators hear all the USMA news first, it seems.

The information you receive from prospective.net and later from plebe.net will be accurate if it's from the moderators. Rumors have a way of taking on a life of their own when we listen to anyone who isn't "official". Some that have circulated are downright scary - and completely wrong.

Also, for what it's worth, dates can change - even after they are official.
