About 9 months ago I emailed my son a post you put up about choosing a SA over ROTC and other options.

Two days ago, I watched as my son took the oath at USNA.

I second that motion. My son had already applied and spent most of his Foundation year when I found this site, but Zaphod's advice and experiences are so helpful. I forwarded more than a few of them to my son, who also took the oath 2 days ago.
