Records?

When DoDMERB requests records pertaining to a certain illness, what specifically do they want? Some paperwork has nothing but numbers/measurements, other papers have typed correspondence between doctors, other papers have hand-written notes that are difficult to read. What should be sent? Thanks.

The best answer is to submit them all and let DoDMERB figure out what they want. The stuff that makes no sense to you, may answer all the questions that DoDMERB has. Even if the handwriting is horrid, don't worry about it, most likely the reviewers and physicians can decipher it.
