Marchback time frame

I know the marchback is scheduled for noon. But what time frame should I plan on for the whole event (11am-2pm??). Does anyone have suggestions for a good location to view the Marchback. Thanks!!

Get there early and make a day of it! Anywhere along Washington road is good. Most people congregate between the Dean's house and the Supe's house.
