How much does the Academy favor a 4.0 over a 3.9? Obviously a 4.0 is where you get straight A's and no A- or anything. My GPA right now is about a 3.92 (Taking 6 AP's and Honors classes) and hopefully I can get it to a 3.95 by the time I graduate. But is a 4.0 much different to them then a 3.95? I know MUCH more goes into it but I'm just talking about the GPA.

Is that UW or W? A W is low, a UW is great.

I can't say that a 3.9 is better than a 4.0, but if you have taken lots of hard classes (from what I know, you have a very good load), then they will gladly take the 3.9 over someone with a 4.0 who has never taken AP or even honors. You are looking really good Drew, a lot better than my 3.88. A 4.0 or a 3.9 isn't going to make much of a difference, they know that even some of the best students can't keep up a solid 4.0 when taking all AP's.

Brian

That is unweighted. I don't know what my weighted is because my school does not weigh classes.
