SLS Acceptance problem?

I recieved a letter today saying that I had been accepted into SLS. It said I needed to fill out the accompaning paperwork, and send it back to WP.

Problem: It had no paperwork. I just had a 3 page letter saying I had been accepted and that I needed to start working on a nomination, and how to increase my competiveness for admission.

Was there really supposed to be paperwork in this letter, and if so, what do I do next?
 
Was there no packet with a form which needed to be notarized, a form for your doctor to fill out, personal info, etc...?

If not, I suggest you contact WP as soon as you can, and inform them about this.
 
Nope, no packet. I called friday and left a message, I will try again monday. Thanks for the help.
 
Sorry for asking, but are you sure you got accepted? I received a 3 page letter also, and after very thorough examination the letter said something along the lines of "Unfortunately, due to high demands this year we cannot...". Something like that.

If it doesn't have something like that, then congrats! Just contact WP for the letter
 
The first sentence said "Congratualations! You've been chosen from among thousands of applicants to participate in the 35th Annual Summer Leaders Seminar at West Point." so I hope so.....
 
Well then you have been accepted mtnman17.

I would suggest dropping an email to admissions, as well as calling again on Monday. This way it shows this is important for you and your desire to straighten out the issue as fast as possible.

ok i am also in a big dilemma.. i received my acceptance about mid February and thought the application was due April 1st but it turns out it actually said march 1st( it was my mistake and i feel like an idiot for it ) what should i do. should i mail it any way ? i emailed the person in charge and am waiting for an answer. Is my spot going to be given away ?

my packet had the mix up too! it said March 1st on one and April 1st on another. I called them to make sure of the date and they said it was March 1st. So i dont know if your spot is still there? call as soon as possible to make sure. I already sent mine in and got my confirmation letter yesterday.
 
Well not only email, but also call admissions, regarding this. This way you can talk to an actual person via phone and get some information/input up front, and also still receive information and guidance from the individual you emailed.

Yeah, my acceptance letter said everything is due by May 1st. I think they send waves of letters as people decline and as new people apply late (Like me, applied Feb 26 accepted March 6) to take up the extra spots.
