USCGA e-mail

I have sent numerous e-mails to the CGA lacrosse coach in the last 24 hours. They keep coming back to me saying they are undeliverable. Has anyone else had undeliverable e-mails to the Academy today? Anyone have any idea why this is happening, and, if this is a problem, when it will be fixed?
 
What address are you sending it to?

I emailed my son's ".edu" account today, and it seems to be working. I say "seems" not because he has emailed back :)rolleyes:) rather we haven't had it bounce back.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting in touch with the coach. I'd try calling....

Not sure what is going on. I just don't want him to one day open his e-mail and see 15 of the same messages from me! Guess I will give him a call tomorrow. Thanks all.....
 
Thanks everyone for helping me out. I actually ended using a second e-mail address and it went through! He replied back to me using my original address, and when I replied to that, it went through! Thanks again. I appreciate everyone's help.
 
The academy's internet has always been going down every now and then, so it would not surprise me if this is the reason. In the last week, its been down at least 4 times (always when its most needed for work.....). The internal/lan email has been working, but I don't think, during these times, that the external emails have been working.
If its a .mil email, however, it will never be down.
 
Hotmail ??

I have a hotmail account and for the last week or so, all of a sudden, all my e-mails to my D have been rejected. At first I thought I was using the wrong address, but then tried using a gmail account and have sucessfully sent her e-mails from that & work. USCGA may just be blocking certain addresses.
 
I too had been using a Hotmail account which is what was coming back as "undeliverable". I then began using my yahoo account to e-mail the coach, and he did get delivered. Since all this started a while back ago, I have gone back to using my Hotmail account, and sometimes it is delivered, sometimes it doesn't. He hasn't had any problems sending things to my Hotmail account. Go figure!!!
 
I've gotten things from my D, to my hotmail account, but can't seem to send her anything from it. Like I said, the "undeliverable" notices just started showing up about a week ago, so I suspect they have had some problem with hotmail and are blocking incoming e-mails. Don't know if it is temporary or permanent. Guess I'll just try sending them every so often to see if it changes.:rolleyes:
 
This was on my local news station website about a warning to all hotmail accounts holders. Here is the report:

There’s a warning for people with Hotmail accounts. Your personal information might have been hacked. More than 24,000 e-mail addresses and passwords were reportedly posted on the Web site pastebin.com on Sunday.
Most of the accounts on the list were no longer accessible Monday, which was likely done by Hotmail’s provider, Microsoft, to protect the accounts.
