I used to use Dr. Scholl's Air Cushion Insoles in my low quarters primarily to keep them drier because of the corfam not breathing like leather. They worked great for that purpose. However, they weren't orthotic, only for sweat. Can't answer your question if you are talking about orthotic inserts for arch support and hate to make recomendations about something that I haven't tried or seen tried. In my old age, I now use arch supports in my hunting boots with good success but of a different brand than good old Dr. Scholl.
