Regarding that half-mile track.. by chance, is it notorious for having the wind blow into the runners? Or does the effects of wind just vary day by day?
Because at my school's track (a quarter mile track) once you hit about 150-200m, the wind becomes a wall and hits you head-on, for the rest of the lap, and can really slow a runner down. (And this is for every lap, just based on how the track is built, and it's location)
I was wondering if anybody had any insight if there is any major effect of the wind, on runners at the SLS CFA?
