ummmmm, yea. You could see it that way. 25% of the wing graduates; and 25% of the wing is brand new. And 25% of the wing goes from C4C to C3C and changes squadrons. So does that mean 75% of the wing is changed out in some form or another????
Hee Hee. Sorry; while I found stats interesting, I hated it. Because you can make any number say anything you want it to.
Actual stats. (DON'T COMBINE THEM, YOU'LL GET A HEADACHE)
75% of the CADET WING Remain each year. (Those BECOMING C3C, C2C, and C1C)
25% of the CADET WING will go into their first squadron. (C4)
25% of the CADET WING will move on to a NEW squadron (C4C becoming C3C)
50% of the CADET WING will remain in the same squadron they had the previous year. (Those becoming C2C and C1C)
75% of the CADET WING Stays in the SAME Squadron for 3 of their 4 years. (Those who are C3C, C2C, and C1C)
This is fun. We can keep playing. Of course, none of this includes those who quit or get kicked out. Bottom line..... Get rid of the percentages...... As a C4C you are in a squadron. Doesn't matter which one. After your 1st year there, all of the C4C that are going to become C3C are going to go to a NEW SQUADRON. (With a few exceptions like legacy). Once in your new squadron, you will stay there for 3 full years. (With a few rare exceptions).
So, that's how it is. Don't do the numbers game. It's stats. And stats only mean something if everyone is playing the same game with everyone using apples and no one is mixing in oranges. mike....
