Hmm...I must have missed it.
BUT...if he was, that would imply he crossed a line here that isn't meant to be crossed. The moderators here are pretty "laid back" in most cases...it'd take something pretty ugly I think.

Because it was brought up, I will make a quick comment on this.
Luigi received a temporary 7-day ban. As a long-time member of the forum, and given the temporary nature of the ban, the moderating staff will not be discussing everything that went into our decision.
