Does anyone know what the summer requirements are for 4-year AROTC?

I think there are optional programs after the first year.

There are no requirements for the summer before your Freshman year. You will have no requirements for the summer before your Sophomore year. If you are selected to attend a school such as Airborne, Air Assult, or others you will do that during the summer befor your Junior year. During the summer before your Senior year you will be required to attend LDAC at Fort Lewis Wa. Not sure if it's still 5 weeks or now 4. You may have the opportunity to go to a school that same summer of do CTLT. Some schools offer an International exchange program for cadets, you would have to speak to your Cadre about that. That's about it.

Can you get sent to airborne, air assualt, mtn warfare, winter warfare etc after your frsh year? Is it possible?

For USMA cadets, yes. Don't know about ROTC. Some schools are not open to cadets. MTN warfare is a two-part school so cadets typically don't fully complete it.

Yes, atleast at my BN. We had quite a number of freshman attend summer schools.

I believe you need to be a Contracted Cadet to attend the Army schools - i.e. Airborne etc. If you have a scholarship you are by definition contracted.
Unless you have a scholarship you won't be contracted until after your sophomore year - maybe not until the start of your junior year. Cadets in SMP will have opportunities through their Guard unit.

True, however my PMS told us the other day you have a slim chance of attending a school without being contracted as long as you show a strong interest in contracting and continuing with the program. This being because of the costs for cadets to attend and being responsible with the tax-payers money.
