S just had his interview today for NJ. They had a few questions about govt. policy's and why if he had all A's on his report card was his GPA only a 3.78. He said they were really nice. Now all he has is Rush Holt's on the 20th!
Don't let the smiles fool you. This is politics, working to enable participation on both sides, and keep 'em all happy. The ones that make you feel good are usually the ones that have the toughest outcomes. Notably the Senatorial interviews in competitve states. Good luck to one and all. If you've done your best, that's precisely all you can do. May it be enough.
Good for you, KMC. You have the right attitude for all this. Why NOT keep smiling after your daughter completes a difficult task and feels good about her performance?
It's not as if cynicism will produce a better outcome.
My interviews for the senators for my state are this Saturday. Any advice on what to expect in terms of question types or anything else? I am from NJ and have senators Lautenberg and Menendez if that helps anyone.
