Question about Scholarships

Are they per school? Like, If i am lucky enough to recieve a NROTC scholarship, can i use it for any school i get into (that has a NROTC unit of course), or is it binded with a specific school?

It will be to a specific school. I just got the Marine Option NROTC scholarship and hope its to go to VMI!

You'll be assigned one specific college/unit. However you can request that your scholarship be transfered to a different NROTC unit/school. No guarantees but evidently it is not uncommon.
