I just submitted mine. Without Psat scores though, as I do not have them yet. Anyone else in the same boat? Good luck to everyone! Does anyone hapen to know when acceptance emails start going out?

My daughter will do hers today when she gets home from school. She will put her SAT and ACT scores, but she doens't have her PSAT scores back yet either

If I don't have my ACT scores or PSAT scores should I still submit mine today? Are you more likely to get accepted if you submit it early?

My alo said the earlier the better. It let me submit the application, but most likely won't be processed until some scores are in. It shows that your eager to apply, even though you don't have scores.

Can the application be edited after its submission? I am curious because although I have PSAT scores from taking the test in 10th grade I hope to have slightly better scores which I will not get for another week or two.

Did anyone else put in extra-curriculars? I mean there is no place to put in like Lead in School Play or Yearbook Committee or Writing Club. Which category did you include this if you did?

There are a few sections on the last page to fill out your school record (GPA, Academic, athletic records, ect...) You can put your extra things on that page somewhere. There were many sections (5 I think) to list things that you have done in school.

Dumb question:
Should the GPA be rounded to the nearest tenth or hundredth?

There was the last section "other noteworthy mentions " or something similar, underneath it stated "I.e fluent in another language, school government.." I believe you should put that information here. Also is the gpa cumulative or present? My school doesn't calculate cumulative gpa until the end of junior year..

I received notification for USAFA Summer Seminar last year at the end of February. Best of luck to all of you!

My school...same problem they do not calculate junior gpa until the 1st semester is over. I went to the guidance office and they gave me a printout transcript which had the cumulative gpa for 9 and 10 grade. That is what I submitted.

When I entered mine which ends in a .0 as thus and later returned to the page it had been automatically changed to .00 so I would assume round to two places. :thumb:

I want an opinion from you guys,

The only grades I have on my application are my PSAT scores, which could be a bit better.

Do you guys think it is worth waiting until January 22nd to take the SAT? I would get my scores on Feb 11th. The deadline for applications is Feb 28th.

Would it look better if I send my application in today, with just the PSAT, or almost at the deadline, with possible better scores?

I am pretty sure you can update your scores after you submit the application, I would say put in what you have now and update as you go along!
