Just received my letter requesting information or copies of some medical testing that was done a few months ago. All of the tests were normal.

What is the fasted way to deal with this? I will get information requested from my doctor as quickly as possible, copies of test, etc. sent to DODMERB as fast as possible.

Will this delay nominations that I am interviewing for....will my elected officials wait until I have received a medically qualified approval? What does this slow down?

Received first nomination today, still looking for an answer

Really excited as I received my first nomination today. What I am asking about is called an administrative remedial. It did not slow my nomination, so I am happy about that!

Still looking for suggestions on how best to deal with this. Thanks!

Find Mr. Mullen's email address (it is all over this forum) and send him your original post, your name and the last 4 of your SSN. He will give you more specific instructions whether by fax, mail, or email (scanned forms).

He should be chiming in soon to confirm.

Most requests for records are handled quickly, although everyone's case is different, so that is why he communicates with individuals on a one by one basis.

Congratulations.

GoNavyBeatArmy2015 - The medical poiece has nothing to do with your nomination nor your selection @ this juncture. Scan the requested information into an attachment; provide your complete name and last 4 SSN; and send to me at Larry.Mullen@dodmerb.tma.osd.mil. That is the fastest way to handle it:thumb:

160R administrative remedial information sent

My information was sent to Larry Mullen via his email address. Is the DoDMERB office still processing information sent, or will any information sent from this point be processed after the New Year?
Thanks for replies and I hope that everyone has great Christmas and New Year!

Go Navy Beat Army!

We are processing information every day but 24 and 31 Dec...and weekends. Obviously, our staff takes some time off and we're at reduced manning levels, but I am ALWAYS working...my computer; not always the case:thumb:

There have been a ton of emails in the last two weeks and I'm working my way through these now.

Remedial info sent for review, for Officer MULLEN

My information is in the lineup for review. How long does it usually take for a decision, once the information has been sent for review?

Thanks!

It takes as long as it takes. This is the holiday period and our staff needs to take some time off too. Be patient:thumb:

Thank you Officer Mullen

Thanks, and I am trying to be patient. I am just looking for a time frame. Received notice of award of NROTC scholarship, so DoDMERB decision is for this and USNA application. I understand holiday status.
Again, thanks.

That is why I use email. This doesn't need to be broadcast here. Anything further regarding your case will be via email to me. U R welcome:thumb:
