SEAL from USMC

I suggest looking into Marine Recon as LITS said. They are both outstandingly good, and incredibly tough to get into. They also have similar roles. There is just a lot more hype about SEALs than the other special ops.

I've been more impressed by the individuals from the Army Special Forces than I have with the SEALs I've met, but that's me...I'm sure it's case by case.

I’d also be very different depending on the mission. If you told a bunch of Green Berets to do a mission involving tons of swimming/SCUBA, id guess(and hope) that SEALs would be more impressive. Unless of course, the Green Berets are Combat Diver qualified too.

Army SF has dive/scuba teams...... they are VERY good at what they do.

I tried to imply that the ones who weren’t on those teams. And it was just an example, I’m assuming you got the point of what I originally said.

I was reading a Navy SEAL book by Dick Couch and in it was a former Marine who finished his Commitment with the USMC, and then re-enlisted and eventually completed bud/s. I think it would be impossible however to be an officer and switch over and keep your rank/status as an officer
