In August or September, I received some Business Reply Envelopes from USMA that were to be used for transcripts, employer evaluations, etc. They were addressed to 646 Swift Road - USMA Official Mail And Distribution Center. I still have some left over. Now I'm an appointee, and I'm filling out the forms contained in the 'Instructions for Applicants Offered Admission' document. I realized I can use these business reply envelopes to send in some of the required forms. But I've run into a problem.

On the Police Record Check, it says to give the form to local police with a usma return envelope. But it says in large letters on the Police Record Check to mail it to 606 Thayer Road - USMA Director of Admissions. Does this mean I should not use those old Business Reply Envelopes for the police record check? Or does it not matter?
Thanks for any help.

You want your forms to arrive in a timely manner. Follow the directions. While your effort to reduce waste is admirable, use a new envelope and address it correctly.:thumb:

I just received four more business reply envelopes in the mail today, all addressed to the 646 Swift Road address. Still no envelope for the dental radiographs or an envelope addressed to the different address for the police record form.

Did you ask specifically for them?

For dental records and police report, my son used his own enveloped, addressed properly, and sent by priority mail via USPS with delivery confirmation.

You can use your own envelopes if you wish to and pay the delivery fee yourself. Just be sure to address the envelope properly.

Make sure you read the instructions carefully about the police report. You are not supposed to get the police report back in your hands----you provide them with an envelope and they (law enforcement agency, city records, etc.) mail it.
