AROTC january scholarship board

As i understand, there was an army rotc scholarship board in january, i know that it was delayed due to weather, however does anybody even have an idea of when the results will be out? I have been checking the website everyday for a few weeks now and it is extremely frustrating to not hear the results. Thanks for your help!
 
Take a look at the thread named "January 4, 2011 AROTC Board" There are quite a few posts so it might be best to start from the end and work backwards. There is a lot on information and of course speculation regarding the Jan. Board. This should answer a lot of questions and probably make you ask even more.

It has been a long wait for everyone, and the waiting continues.

Who told you the results were delayed by weather? I don't think that's right. Hang in there, and while you are waiting take a look at some of the other discussion threads.

IMHO The whole board is going a little stir crazy, waiting on AROTC results...myself included... :frown::frown::frown:
we all need to get together and sing campfire songs or something

clarksonarmy, I was personally told the same thing about the weather from a ROO. Don't want to mention who exactly; s/he was only trying to help and the information is apparently incorrect. I suspect there's a rumor-mill circulating among ROOs as well. Not a big deal, though, because we here at SAF are sorting things out. I love the Internet!
 
Clarksarmy, it was only speculation from someone i was talking to who told me that the board was in Chicago where they were getting pounded by snowfall.

The correct location for the AROTC board is Ft. Knox Kentucky. LOTS of speculation going on, no results but lots of speculation......
 
Gotta love it...everybody put your running shoes on and go for a run to clear your heads. If you aren't the running type, do some pushups.

Does drinking alcoholic beverages count as "clearing your head"???? I'm not much for running or push ups.....
