To validate what was said above, you should read every resume with a grain of salt (more like a heaping tablespoon) because admissions is unpredictable...most of this process (for summer seminar) is about the even distribution,or statistics I believe. - Administrator for Boy Scout day camp 5 consecutive years. Given administrative tasks such as, medical paperwork, assisting the camp director, and preforming first aid skills.
