If I was awarded a NROTC scholarship is there still a chance it could be to VMI? I'm out of state.

For out of state, no you would not get VMI...You would have to go on thier waitlist.

Just curious, where did you hear that? I thought I had heard there were still some scholarships available but all I ever hear is the rumor mill.

VMI told me yesterday that their MO NROTC ranks are full. Can't speak to regular NROTC
