Yea, but I'd say if you're athletic enough, you'd probably be under worked during plebe summer. Don't get me wrong, everything was challenging (Especially Sea Trials!
) but if you're in good shape, the CFA and PFT will breeze right by you.
For the CFA, a lot of people will max the pushups, pullups and situps, but then be too tired for the run. That's how it was for me, so my suggestion is to go through that entire training evolution at least once a week every week before NASS. It could only help your file.
