Dd has asked us to provide a light table when she gets back from this, her second sea year. She will have done all of the drawings, but she has discovered that with the rolling of the ship, they're not as neat as she would like. We've been warned that she will need to redo them on stable, dry land and wants a light table. Of course, she assured us that if we don't want to get her a light table, she can easily put one together from simple materials like a picture frame and a lamp with a fluorescent bulb. Spoken like a true engineer. I suspect that she would feel insulted if I tried to provide her with instructions.
