On the USAFA thread, I found this:
"During BCT, be ready for 20min self-paced run, then an "indian run," then a series of 1 minute sprints. It is about 45minutes of running. Be able to run for at least 3-4 miles at a good pace (7.5-8 mph min). "
Does anyone have any insight as to how a run at West Point's BCT is like in specifics? Are the runs broken up into parts like above, or is it straight 3-4 mile runs every other day?
Also, what happens, god forbid, if you were to fall out of formation for not being able to keep up in the runs?
