Any one else having problems sending immunization record?

Yes I got that same error. You need to use the email address in the little paragraph section in the book, not the one on the form that it says to send it to. It doesn't have the Allergy part in the address (I am not sure the actual address because I don't have the book sitting in front of me). I sent an email to that one and I did receive a reply to my question about a day later.

Thanks a lot! That was the last piece of paper work that I had to send in and evidently the most confusing
