Can anyone tell me where to find a breakdown of where the incoming class is coming from? Specifically, which states and what cities+

I'm pretty sure they have at least one cadet from each congressional district, please correct me if I'm wrong though.

That is how it is set up. Some districts don't nominate, though. Others might not have any qualified applicants.

These lists are not all inclusive...I just checked GA and many cadets I know (including my own) are not listed.

Once you are here, you will be able to look at a google earth map with every current cadet's address they applied with plotted. It isn't exactly 100% accurate but will give you an idea about distribution.

Basically Texas, California, and the entire Northeast Region dominate with fewer in the mid western states. Some have as few as 0-1 for the entire state!

You have to sign up yourself to be on that list.

Shocked

I am very surprised that there does not appear to be FULL representation from every MOC district in the midwest/heartland and south! Texas is the only state that has representation as I imagined it would. It appears that "liberal" CA and NY appear to have full represention from practically every MOC district. WOW! Is West Point not recruiting in the midwest and south?

See American Finest's post above. For example, we have >140 cadets currently at WP from Ga, but the map only shows a few dozen.

Statement under the list of cadets from each state:
Note: This is not a complete listing of all cadets from (xyz state). Only cadets who have agreed to be listed are shown.

This list is purely voluntary and not comprehensive.
I doubt that you are going to be able to find such a list that you are looking for.
