I was wondering if any knows what happens to a possible candadite if they are two pounds under the weight limit for the 65 inch catagory for the Citadel's health requierments? Do they waive that, or do you have to at least meet that weight? I mean I work out daily, drink protien shakes daily, and am a pretty fit guy over all (18 dead arm hang pull ups pushing it, fifty - sixty push ups, 65 - 70 sit ups in two minutes, and a 13:40 two mile run) I will be working on these areas to be in prime shape if I get accepted to the Citadel. Are there any suggestions on how to gain weight? Also, what is the ideal weight for a kid my size (65 inches tall), in other words, how much weight will I be losing in Knob year if I attend the Citadel?

Thanks for your time,

You can eat a tub of peanut butter the night before your physical then drink lots of water the morning of.

Haha sweet. Does that really help?
Thanks for the suggestion, I might just have
to try that.

Well, it does make you gain weight, obviously not permanently though. It's a quick easy out type thing. I know a lot of AD skinny guys who do it.

My cousin was in the same situation about gaining weight. He drank a protein shake 3 times a day with milk and a scoop of ice cream. He gained 10 pounds in a month(not fat if you work out hard)!
