Where do I send my transcript?

Do we need to send in our final transcripts? I've gone through the permit to report package checklist, and it doesn't say anything about final transcripts. Did I miss something?

Yes, my son called USNA Candidate Guidance and they said "Yes, please have your school mail in your final transcript."
