ARTOC application questions

1. I had my guidance send in my high school transcript into cadet command via mail at the end of this past May. However, on the AROTC scholarship status website, it still shows that my transcript has not been received yet. Is this normal, or do you think my transcript was lost in the mail?

2. Another question I have is that I tried to email cadet command about a few things. However, when I send my questions to this email address (train2lead@usacc.usarmy.mil), I always get an email back saying that my email failed to send. It's not the email service I use (which is hotmail) so I am wondering if this email has been deleted and if it has been what is an alternate email address I can use?

3. The last question I have is about the ACT/SAT scores for the application. When I read the application procedures it said to send in a copy of my scores into cadet command via fax or email. I still have not completed either of these things, but when I check the status of my application it shows that my ACT/SAT scores have been received. Should I still send in a copy of my scores or do I not have to anymore?

1. When you send them an email, ask whether they have received the transcript or not.
2. train2lead@usacc.army.mil. (You put "us" in front of army.)
3. Did you have ACT and SAT scores sent directly from the testing agency? I would ask them in your email whether they still need you to send them or not.
