Does anyone know whether the waitlist is (a) a "general" waitlist - with all waitlist candidates listed in order of preference, or (b) is it more specific - to your nominating source - so that the only way you get in - if waitlisted - is that the candidate who received an offer of admission from your same nominating source - declines the offer?
