I do not know if anyone who is currently reading this thread read my previous thread on my chances of getting into VMI, but to those who read and/or responded, thank you. Now that I am entering into my senior year, I was hoping you all could help me out again as I apply to VMI.
My qualifications: 3.5 GPA after starting at the 3.2 mark after freshman year, 5 AP classes, 1850 SAT (1260 without writing), three-year Varsity starting pitcher/outfielder, a bunch of summer and fall teams, I've sold wine, coached kids at a baseball camp, and I am currently finishing up work as a camp counselor, I'm physically active every day, and I'm at the top 1/5 of my class (definite this time, my counselor and I compared statistics).
As for the application process, I know that I want to apply early decision, and to do so, I must complete a common application form. I am not too clear on the other steps I need to complete to get into my choice school.
If anyone here could let me know on the other steps I need to complete to apply early action, give me an opinion as to whether or not to apply for an NROTC scholarship, and my chances of getting into VMI, I would be extremely grateful. Anyone who has questions or anything, feel free to message me. Thank you.
