Hey all, Im new to the forums but have looked at the forum and many posts for guidance over the past few years. As my application process is in full fruition, I have often thought about which school I would most like to be at, why, and it is is at all likely I would even be accepted. My Guidance counselor says I have a very good shot of being accepted at norwich, and due to my SAT math grade, am more on the fence of being accepted to Texas A&M. My love and respect for both schools already runs deep, and I haven't yet been accepted to either as I have yet to complete my application process. I would absolutely join the corps at both of those schools, obviously
Now to the point of this post haha. I know some of you are alums from either Norwich and A&M, and I was just wondering if you could tell me about your experiences there, what you enjoyed, what maybe you didn't enjoy so much. What I love about A&M in particular is the traditions. Thats what attracted me to the school in the first place, I just love it. I love the family vibe.
I have yet to visit Texas A&M, but I have visited norwich, had a meeting with the commandant, had a meeting with the head of NROTC marine corps option, and took a tour of the campus. My experience there was great!
thanks for taking the time to read my post.
