Received a letter around 2 months ago when the candidate portal was activated which said we would be contacted to schedule the DoD physical. Stillhaven't received anything. Went onto the DoDMERB website, and entered SS# and date of birth---says not in system. Contacted regional support and they said follow instructions, you will be sent infomation. My frustration is that I have heard it takes 4-6 weeks to get the medical part done and in the system and that's if you have no issues. Rolling admissions has started and my kid can't finish up the application and has no way to change that. Is there any way to get the ball rolling on DoDMERB stuff?

Try e-mailing Joe Papp to get the ball rolling.

9294hockeymom,
Have you tried contacting Joe Papp? If you send him your child's name and last 4 numbers of social security he may be able to help you get the ball rolling. He posted his information on the forums. I pasted it below.
Good Luck!
