Hello,
I have read on previous threads that sometimes DODMERB reviewing a ROTC application usually leads to a scholarship offer. Which leads me to this, I was offered an Army scholarship from the first board but has not shown up on the DODMERB portal. I looked at my portal today and it shows that I am currently being reviewed for Navy ROTC. Could this mean that I have been awarded a scholarship from the Navy or could it be some sort of typo? Navy is by far my #1 option and I just don't know if I should be excited yet or what? Oh, and I would like to thank everybody on this board for all the help they have given me ever since joining this site two years ago. This site has proven to be invaluable to me throughout this process. I know for a fact this site is probably the biggest reason why I got the Army scholarship in the first place (hopefully Navy as well). Anyways I'm going to stop rambling on now and just end with a big THANK YOU to everyone that has taken the time to help me through this tedious journey. It has meant a lot to me and my family.
