Citadel and Sexual Harrassment

Could've happened anywhere, and I don't think this really makes a true difference in the reflection of the character of The Citadel.

understand that the parents of the boy in question did not want to pursue the issue or report it to the police, therefore if the school had reported it nothing could have been done.
This is a case of judgement in hindsight because of what this scumbag did long after he graduated or worked at the camp, easy to make the school a convenient scapegoat as with other institutions he worked at.
