My school calculates GPA on a % scale (0 - 100+) and not the 4.0 scale. For applying to Summer Seminar, how do I convert my % scale to 4.0 scale?

You can google gpa calculator and there is a formula to convert percentage to the 4.0 scale.

Or you can calculate it by this scale: A (89.5-100%)= 4, B (79.5-89.4%)= 3, C (69.5-79.4%) =2, D (59.5-69.4)= 1 and hopefully you don't have anything lower than that. What you do is for every class you figure out what number it is and then average the numbers to get your GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Not sure this method should be considered as letter grading varies among schools. I think I'd stick with the numerical conversion suggested here from % to 4 pt. scale.

My school does a 93-100 is an A system. But in the NASS scale, it's 90-100. So would my B+s be As?

May or may not. My school is on 93-100 as A's. In that case I have only made one B in HS. Most of my B's were 92's, 90's, and 90's. I am not sure what USNA did with mine but I got into NASS and LOA to USNA
UW GPA-3.7, weighted 4.7

The NASS app doesn't ask for GPA, just asks for your grade in certain classes and if it was honors. It does ask for class rank or your best estimate of class rank...DS school does not give class rank to them until later in this school year, but his counselor knew what he was applying for and went ahead and gave him his current rank yesterday.
