Opportunities at USAFA Prep

What are some of the opportunities a C/C can have during the prep school year? Such as free-falling etc?

STUDYING...athletics...STUDYING...physical fitness training...military training...STUDYING...attending USAFA home football games...STUDYING...

Oh, did I mention you do a LOT of STUDYING??

Flieger, I am a bit confused. Please clarify. Is there any focus at all on studying at the Prep School?

I did not go to the Prep school, but from the preppies that I have talked to, their opportunities are not nearly what some people would think. It is a year intended to prepare the C/C's for the Academy. It is at the academy that you will get those opportunities. There are still teams to play on and such, but the opportunities are more of what you make of the little free time that you have than something the Academy is going to present you with. Hope that makes a little sense...It is a year of prep with a little self initiated fun, but it is the Academy that you will get the big stuff.
