We heard that letters of acceptance/appointments were to go out on Jan.23. My daughter hasn't recieved anything yet. Does anyone know when we should expect notification

Welcome to the SAFs. There are lots of anxious parents and kids here. There are also 5 different service academies: three DOD, one DOT, and one DHS. Each has a slightly different admissions process and timeline for appointments. Your best bet is to read and post in the relevant SA forum.
