It is one and the same. Use the contact info and send your ALO an introductory email. If you're in the process of applying for Summer Seminar let them know that. It may be a while before they can get back to you. They're pretty slammed right now with 2016. If you don't hear back from them in a week or so, try calling them, if you still don't hear anything, contact the Admissions Office at the Academy. ALOs are a great asset to help you get through all of this - so definitely get to know yours.
