Am I on track for the U.S. Coast Guard Academy?

Am I on track for acceptance to the U.S. Coast Guard Academy looking at my first two years of high school? Here is a list of things I have done in my freshman and sophomore years of high school:

- Two Honors Courses (Chemistry Honors and Geometry Honors)
- Two Electives (Multimedia Design and Concert Band)
- Maximum Number of Credits
- Community Service Honors (50+ Community Service Hours)

With all due respect, you posted the exact same question on the USMA, USNA, USAFA, and Texas A&M boards (that's when I stopped counting). You look like you're chasing for a school instead of looking for a calling.

I suggest you take the hardest courses offered, do the best you can in each of them. Then beginning your junior year narrow down your choices to the colleges you think fit you best. Shotgunning resume's hoping for a hit is inefficient and ineffective. Be a rifle instead, choosing the target and aiming directly for it.

OP - when you decide what you want to do and start working towards that, people will be a whole lot more motivated to help you.

Edited to add - OMG, just realized he created a second account over there (chuckjuday96) evidently because people were calling him out on this one. And is asking the EXACT SAME QUESTIONS (same stats, everything)....AGAIN!!!

GIVE IT A REST! Go study, do some volunteer work, have fun as a sophomore - something!

(and no, I'm not stalking him, I'm on the MIT site for my my yougest son as decisions come out next Wednesday and noticed the similarity in the title/post and did a quick search).
