Will ROTC Pay for Maritime Academy Cruise?

Greetings,
Does anyone know if ROTC scholarships fund any of the state maritime academy cruises? I am not referring to ROTC cruises, rather the summer license track cruises. Please pass along what you know.

Bumping this up- anyone from NROTC (or Even one of the other services) or one of the State Maritime colleges out there who might have some experience or know the answer to this one? My guess is that the answer is no- they pay for up to 8 Semesters tuition, fees and books plus 10 months/year of stipend and the training cruises are above and beyond that, but I don't know that for certain. Anyone?
