Has any 2016 USCGA appointees recieved their 2nd BFE including Cadet Handbook, R day Instructions, Immunization Requirement paperwork, ect...

Those typically don't go out until after everyone's been accepted because they need to sort you into the appropriate companies, run it through the summer Reg Staff and then approve it, because that information is sent out simultaneously. I would expect it around late April early May time frame if I remember correctly.

The cadet handbook is usually posted on-line. It doesn't change much each year, you can view the 2015 Handbooks here:

PS - If you haven't scheduled your bite-wing ex-rays at the dentist yet, you can do that now unless you have had x-rays taken after Jan 1. It needs to be sent back to the Academy by June 1.

Correction to this post above:
Appointed swabs do NOT need to have bite-wing or panographic dental xrays taken anymore.
They will be taken at the academy.
One less thing to cross of the busy "stuff to do before R-Day" list!
R-DAY IS IN 61 DAYS
