NROTC Waiver Denied...

Hoping to get some advice or direction. I have been denied a medical waiver for NROTC . Been advised by my POC at Naval Training Command that psoriasis is not a waiverable condition.


I believe that somewhere among these threads this issue has been addressed. I can't remember where so if anyone can provide or direct, it will truly be help. Thanks

Try searching for psoriasis on the DoDMERB thread? I think its the end of the road, unfortunately, but certainly don't take my word for it. Maybe there is some way to further challenge it?

Apprecaite the response. I do agree that I might be done for NROTC. Just looking to see what options I might have.

I had this waived by USMA and put on the wait list. Just recieved the TWE yesterday.

Also, I have been put on the Wait list for NAPS. Still waiting on that.

Anyway, I'm working on adjusting my plans. I'll get ther one way, just don't know the direction yet.

Well, if it got waived for USMA and apparently also for NAPS... I don't understand why you couldn't get it waived for NROTC. :frown: But then I'm just a parent. Be sure to do the search and further investigation. I'm just a parent and my son would tell you that I don't know much! :rolleyes:
