I had the Collegeboard send my SAT scores from January to the USNA and they were:
Math: 760
CR: 660
W: 650
Today I got back my ACT scores and when I registered for the test I picked USNA as a school to receive the scores, but I'm not sure if they'll help me because I'm not sure if they're better or worse than my SAT scores.
Composite: 33
English: 34
Math: 32
Reading: 33
Science: 31
I had a 760 in math on the SAT which is close to a perfect score (800), but my 32 in math on the ACT isn't really close to a perfect score IMO (36). Will the academy just disregard my poor performance on the math of the ACT since I did better on the math on the SAT?
Also, I know that USNA considers only English and Math of the ACT, so will they replace my lowish score of 660 in CR of the SAT with my 34 in English on the ACT?
How does the USNA compare ACTs with SATs? (ex: 36 on ACT English = 800 on SAT critical reading)?
Thanks
