Generally, the MOC's review boards do not ask for CFA scores nor do they include them in making their final decision. None of my MOC's asked to see my CFA scores, and from what I've gathered from talking to other appointees across the country, they simply do not ask for them at all. That being said, you should still strive to do the best you can on the CFA. It is still 10% of your total score, and doing well on it will do nothing but increase your chances of admission.
Our MOC did have a physical fitness score as part of the application. DS was able to use his CFA score as a substitute. Carefully read the MOCs website to determine what information is required when applying for a nomination.
