Portal update

So I sent in my ACT scores via E-mail through the portal and I had the ACT organization send in a hard copy on May 1st and it is now the 22nd and it is still not updated on my portal. How long does it normally take to update? Should I wait of should I resend it?
 
Wait. Portal updates often seem to take forever and your not pushing up against any deadline. I assume they're busy getting ready for new opened.
 
In the portal, it says that it can take up to 3 weeks for anything to be updated.
 
Art.Perea, are you a class of 2017 candidate? If so, I suggest you sit tight for another week - even though I got notified that the NE admissions cycle for the class of 2016 is over (so I suppose all other regions as well), they might still be handling class of 2016 requests.

If it takes over a month, though, I think it's too much. Are you sure you used the correct code on the ACT website? Shoot and e-mail to your candidate technician to ask about your scores.

Hold your horses. The 2017 portal doesn't even open until the second week of June for SLS attendees and July 1 for all other 2017 candidates.

Your ACT scores won't be posted until that time.

The thing is that, depending on the score, one might not get the SSK open... specially with what could be the new requirements:

So I wouldn't be surprised if they did update his portal.

Hi Art,
My son -Junior in High School retook the ACT (for the millionth time) on ~April 24th. The first week of May he had all of his ACT scores sent for the first time (they were self reported prior) about 1-2 weeks later they were updated on his portal. The portal currently reflects his new scores not the self reported scores for SLS.

you should probably email Admissions via the "contact" email on your portal. Our 2017 applicant sent ACT scores less than two weeks ago and they were posted on Monday.
 
I will wait another week and then if it still isn't updated, I will send them along with my new SAT scores. Thank you guys for the input!
