I am curious as to how everyone did (or does) on their CFA. Also, how often do people max the whole event?

These are my unofficial scores:
BB throw: 72
Pull-ups: 21
Shuttle Run: 8.3
Sit-ups: 70
Push-ups: 62
Mile-Run: 5:36

That's a sweet mile run! The two guys on my SLS squad who were on the track team I believe didn't even get close to that (I think, I didn't ask, but they didn't arrive toooooo long before me, and I did a 6:49 if I recall correctly... 6 seconds below avg).

BB throw: 73
Pull-ups: 12 maybe? Or more, don't remember.
Shuttle-run: 9.0
Sit-ups: 80
Push-ups: 60
Mile-run: 6:49

No idea how often people max events.

Hey... do you think you could max the sit-ups and push-ups if you stopped at 18 pull-ups? Might work better for you... There's no need to go beyond the max set unless you're in SLS (they give an award to the highest CFA-scorer of the session).

I will stop at 18 when I do the test for sure but there is no way I could max the sit-ups or push-ups, not by SLS anyways. Now I want to try and win that award!

Also, does West Point superscore the CFA like they do with the SAT and ACT?

After taking it i wish I would have worked out more and actually trained for it but these were my scores:

BB Throw- 77ft
Pull-ups- 14
Shuttle Run- 9.2
Push-ups- 59
Sit-ups- 100
Mile Run- 4:55

As you can probably see I'm a distance runner who has a good core, but not so much upper body strength and sprinting abilities  If you want my advice, before you take the test, practice it as a whole because some events are designed to fatigue you for others (I had trouble doubling pull-ups and push-ups) Good Luck!
